It was a convenient parking in the CBD at a reasonable rate.
However, the facility was a bit torn (scratches on wall, chipped columns and edges), but that was not surprising considering the bargain rate. Yet the lift was well-maintained.
Used to like this parking until the experience I just had. My card would not work on any of there machines and it was not my issue. The staff member there made me, reverse my car then run up and down 3 levels to go to the office. Where again tapping the card did nothing ( I had money in my account ). The staff member tried to tell me my card was expired which it was not. Then i was made to drive my car up to the office, where he then after 30 minutes, pulls out an eftpos machine and charges me over $25. Disgraced that i was made to run around the parking lot for over 30 minutes, then also charged $25 ontop of that for that and told it was my fault? Honestly ruined my day
Prices are great at this carpark, location is also really good. Probably one of the cheapest carparks in the city. The building is really old and dirty though, there’s also a lot of levels with no express ramps so can take some time to leave.
Been stuck in car bark for over an hour just trying to get you. They do not control people coming in when caroark is full. Creates a massive traffic jam.
They recently increased the price significantly, which is understandable in this economy. However, there is NO SIGN of the new price that can be seen on the outside. You have to find out once you're inside. To top it off the elevator is broken with no fix in sight.
Parked for a few hours on a Sunday and paid only $13. Worth it for a place with expensive parkings. May have to end up at the top floors around level 7 and 8 to find lots. Not too bad, as it’s a great location between Chinatown and CBD.
Stuck in parking last night for one hour because they don't want to let one person go. It's Unbelievable.
Slept in a rental in this car park over New Years as getting a place to stay in Sydney is near impossible. Peaceful and quiet with a lovely city aroma of asphalt and exhaust. 10/10 would never sleep in a car park again.
I usually come here if I need to come to the city for a night out, the fee is cheap and there is usually free spaces. It’s close to Town Hall, Darling Harbour and many shops and restaurants.
Cheap parking as long as you remember to validate your parking ticket at level 7A, park above level 7 or above; arrive between 5am-10am and leave between 2pm-8pm (weekdays) Location is very convenient.
